The Process
“ I favor talking with people personally, and do so at every opportunity.” -- Carol Teasdale,
Marketing Director & Jackson Meadow Resident
Carol Teasdale is Marketing Director and initial contact for people interested in making Jackson Meadow their home. As Carol recalls, “At the beginning we worked the land, built the trails, and created the infrastructure of the natural wetlands septic system. But what kept us going was envisioning people and children playing on the land. As humans, I think we need a strong sense of community to thrive. I know I need it and I think there are 63 other families who want to live this way too.”
Carol is also old-fashioned. Even though she uses all forms of technology, she still prefers the more personal approach of talking with people about Jackson Meadowand, she is passionate about the subject. Carol escorts potential buyers on walks around the neighborhood to more intimately experience the unique qualities and flavor of Jackson Meadow. As interest builds, prospective buyers actually meet some of the owners and tour their custom-built homes.
As the process continues Carol accompanies each buyer to the first design meeting with David Salmela and the builder at Jackson Meadow -- Streeter & Associates. Carol’s overall goal is to begin building a sense of community with the very first phone call.
For more information on Jackson Meadow, please contact Carol and schedule a personal tour.
“ I visited Jackson Meadow once and couldn’t stop visiting.
Within a week we had our lot selected. Within a year we were home.
Carol never stopped answering my questions.” -- Robin Culbreath, Interior Designer and Jackson Meadow Resident
