Architecture

Jackson Meadow utilized a carefully scripted architectural concept and accompanying guidelines to reinforce a strong sense of community and connectedness. These guidelines exist in perpetuity, with all architectural plans approved by the Design and Development Team. Guidelines were developed from existing historic context of Marine on St. Croix, and the rich architectural heritage found there is reflective of an early colonial building with the later influence of Swedish and Scandinavian immigrants. The homes of Jackson Meadow follow these traditional historic forms and are updated with contemporary ideas. Here modern conveniences of the twenty-first century are integrated into the fabric of its unique community.
